Description
The Standard Series Air Exhaust Muffler with Relief Valve NPT is an aluminium air exhaust muffler with a 3/4" NPT connection. Ultramax Systems supplies it rated for general purpose air exhaust at pressures up to 175 psi, or 12 bar, so it suits pneumatic valves, cylinders and process equipment across everyday compressed air systems. The muffler fits onto the exhaust port and disperses discharging air through a 360 degree pattern, while keeping back pressure low. A built in relief valve keeps exhaust flow steady if the element begins to clog, holding valve cycle times. Fitting one at each exhaust point lowers workplace noise and keeps dust out of the valve exhaust. The NPT thread suits equipment built to North American standards.
