Description
The High Pressure Series Muffler with Relief Valve NPT - 35 is an aluminium air exhaust muffler with a 1" NPT connection. Ultramax Systems supplies it rated to 35 bar for high pressure exhaust duties, so it suits pneumatic valves, cylinders and process equipment that run above general purpose pressures. The muffler fits onto the exhaust port and disperses discharging air through a 360 degree pattern, cutting exhaust noise by up to 85 percent while keeping back pressure low. A built in relief valve keeps exhaust flow steady if the element begins to clog, holding valve cycle times. Fitting one at each exhaust point lowers workplace noise and keeps dust out of the valve exhaust. The NPT thread suits equipment built to North American standards.
