Description
This replacement muffler filter element restores silencing and filtering performance to Ultramax Systems exhaust mufflers as the original element clogs over time. It is a 2" element, matched to suit the corresponding U series muffler housings so it drops straight into the existing unit. Fitting a fresh element keeps exhaust flow free, holds valve cycle times and returns discharge noise to its original level. Servicing the element in place is quicker and more cost effective than replacing the whole muffler, and keeping the right sizes on the shelf keeps maintenance turnarounds short. Keeping mufflers fitted across a plant lowers overall noise exposure for operators nearby.
