Within the Ultrafilter 80 new Sheet range, the UF425Y-HT is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. The element belongs directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the AG 0015MVAK-HT family take this element. It is held in Australian stock and priced to work against the cost of going direct to the OEM.
