Description
The UM300HC is the Ultramax Systems replacement element for the Ultramax G + MV + SR range. The element is a Grade HC hopcalite element, and converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide across a catalytic bed. In service it sits in a breathing air train, downstream of the coalescing and carbon stages. Carbon monoxide is the one contaminant a breathing air train cannot afford to pass. Dimensions follow the original, so it installs into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the G300HC family take this element.
