Description
Within the Atlas Copco X Filters range, the AC040Y is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind. In service it sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. It carries the fine load a general purpose element is not built to hold. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. It is the element used in PDx40 housings. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
