Within the Domnick Hunter EVO DHE-2 range, the DHEX005YD is the Ultramax Systems replacement element. As a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element it strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. It matches the original on dimensional fit and drops into the existing housing without modification. Housings in the AC005 family take this element. Held in Australian stock, it is supplied at a working budget price rather than OEM list.
