Description
The IED Electronic Zero-Loss Drain provides demand-controlled condensate management for compressed air systems rated to 16 barg. A precision capacitive level sensor monitors condensate accumulation in the aluminium reservoir; the self-cleaning solenoid valve opens only when condensate is present, discharging up to 8 l/h without air loss. An integrated LED indicator, alarm contact and manual test button assist commissioning and fault diagnosis. The IED installs as an external drain on compressors, after-coolers, cyclone separators, air receivers, dryers and filter housings via 1/2" BSP connections, operating across a temperature range of 1.5 to 65 degrees C.
