Ultramax Systems supplies the OSG450Y as a direct replacement within the On Site Gases range. It is a Grade Y high efficiency oil removal coalescing element and strips the fine oil aerosol and water carryover a general purpose stage leaves behind, rated at 0.01 µm. It sits directly downstream of a Grade X stage. Air leaving this stage is clean enough for instrument work and for a carbon tower to polish. The element is built to the original dimensions and needs no modification to the housing. Housings in the OSG450CE family take this element.
