Description
The NUFORS-CR is a pneumatically operated, level sensed condensate drain that removes all types of condensate from compressed air systems up to 100 m3/min without using electricity and without unnecessary compressed air loss. The discharge cycle is automatic, using a 3/2 way level controlled valve principle driving a piston type direct acting valve with a 6 mm orifice, so even heavily contaminated condensate discharges reliably. No external control air balance line is required. The corrosion resistant aluminium housing carries an EP coating and an IP68 (NEMA 6) rating, with top and side inlets, an integrated mesh strainer and a test feature for routine checks. Maximum drainage capacity is 1062 litres per hour at 16 bar.
