Our water cartridge filters are manufactured using micro fibre of melt blown process, producing a highly efficient, long life filter, and it has:
- A final layer of more than 90% cut-off filtration with 5 - 100 μm fibres formed by the spinning process;
- A graded pore structure with pre filtering layer and Intermediate layer for gradual particle removal
- A self-supporting structure by integral thermal bonding.
As these filters consists of all polypropylene media, it features resistance to chemical substances and heat and so is suitable for purification of medical drugs, ultra-pure chemicals, and other similar applications.
